After going to multiple dealerships, South Atlanta gave me the best price on both of the 2 cars I bought there this year. Additionally, I really liked my sales person, John Glover. He was honest, friendly, and really worked hard to get us the best price for the vehicles we wanted. He wasn't the type of sales person who pretends like he's your friend just to squeeze extra dollars out of you.     "During my long automotive owning lifetime, I've experienced service at a large variety of dealers; to include Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Corvette, Hummer, and many other foreign and domestic makes. My first visit to the Mini of Soth Atlanta service center for my Mini Coopers S Clubman has to be rated a notch above any of those many service centers I've visited before. Julie, my service rep,met me upon arrival and made me feel like I was a very special person in her day. The waiting room area and services provided were clean and made the wait less painful than a normal service wait can be.     "For the second time in < 6 months, my Mini was either lost or not at the Park-n-Ticket when requested. The first time, someone from the dealership picked it up, but checked it in under someone else's name, so there was no record of my car. It took 1.5 days to find it and then my service had to be rescheduled. This time, my car was not at Park-n-ticket when it was supposed to be there. It took 20+ minutes for the staff to find it and another 20 minutes to bring it to me. Mini service advisor Bryce said it wasn't his fault the first time, someone else that works there did checked it in wrong. Unacceptable! Blaming another co-worker when I made the appointment with you and you're responsible for managing my car onsite. For the most recent trip (2 days ago), I talked Bryce 3 times while on my trip. The day before I arrived home, I called him with my credit card information to pay for the service. When he asked when I was arriving back, I said tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. He stated the car would be delivered to Park-n-Ticket that day (Monday). I was on the way to a funeral and had been driving 12 hours when the indicator lights came on. They turned a VERY stressful situation into a pleasant one.
